Reagle Players: Christmas Time,  Waltham, MA

Sunday, December 4   10:45 AM – 5:30 PM                                                            Cost -- $48 for the show
As usual it will be a truly spectacular show rivaling anything you could see in New York. Just the Living Nativity Scene and the Parade of the Wooden Soldiers alone are each worth the price of admission. On our way home we'll stop at the Burlington Mall Food Court where you will be on your own to get something to eat.

Mass Horticultural Society's FESTIVAL OF TREES, Wellesley, MA

Friday, December 9       9:00 AM- 4:00 PM                                                    Cost -- $45 admission & lunch
Displayed in the Hunnewell Carriage House the beautifully decorated holiday trees have been donated and decorated by local businesses, garden clubs, and individuals.  Visitors "vote" with their raffle tickets, in hopes of being the tree winner at the end of the festival.  Visitors can also enjoy the decorated buildings and grounds at Elm Bank, with a stroll or a horse-drawn wagon ride.  Following our visit we'll head to The Cottage for lunch.

Courier & Ives Christmas Cookie Tour, Monadnock Region, NH

Saturday, December 10     8:30 AM – 5:00 PM                                 Cost -- $38 includes admissions,    refreshments, lunch and recipes
We’ll spend the day touring as many of the 15 award-winning inns and businesses as time and our appetites allow.  At each stop we'll sample holiday treats and pick up decorating ideas.  While traveling, we'll also enjoy a box lunch, so we may need to slow down on cookie consumption.*  Participants will receive copies of the cookie recipes.  *Bring a cookie tin or Tupperware to save some cookies for later!

Holiday Magic Victorian Trolley Tour, Portsmouth, NH

Saturday, December 17     10:00 AM – 4:30 PM                                Cost -- $57 for trolley tour and lunch  We'll step back to the Victorian era with fully costumed guides leading our narrated sightseeing trolley tour with a blend of local holiday lore and history.  Our trolley will wander through the distinguished neighborhoods of the South End, Victorian Heights and the Great Island of New Castle from beautiful lighthouses to Wentworth by the Sea.  Listening to Christmas music and perhaps singing along will add to the fun of the holiday season and the beauty of the "old town by the sea."  We'll enjoy lunch at the Roundabout Restaurant.
